Previous incidents

Due to database performance issues, API queries were affected for approximately 15 minutes on March 25. Grid Status engineers resolved the issue without any data loss and minimal service degradation. Improved database management procedures have been implemented to prevent recurrence.

Southwest Power Pool (SPP) missed publishing some datasets from 2024-03-10T09:00:00Z to 2024-03-10T11:35:00Z (GMT). This resulted in missing data for some of our SPP graphs, including fuel mix and load. We are contacting SPP to further investigate.
